ColorwayKit is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. During the public beta the core features are free; paid options may be introduced later and will be described on the pricing page before they charge anyone anything.

The themes, tokens and code you create with ColorwayKit are yours to use freely in personal and commercial projects, no attribution required.

Contrast checks are based on publicly documented standards: WCAG 2.1 is published by the W3C, and the APCA algorithm is used under its W3 license for free web contrast prediction — APCA is never part of any paid tier. All third-party brand names and trademarks shown in the brand color library belong to their respective owners and are referenced for design inspiration only, with no affiliation or endorsement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ColorwayKit is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the tool or the content it generates. Accessibility tooling helps you check your work, but final responsibility for shipped designs rests with you.
